As a conference speaker specializing in mental wellness, my presentations explore the challenges and opportunities of mental health in youth with a focus on fostering connection, and resilience. I provide practical strategies for promoting emotional well-being, especially in the camp environment.
Staff Training
Each training is designed to equip staff with the knowledge and confidence to support the well-being of the people they serve.
